Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 26, 2024
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Raisinglink website (the "Service") operated by Raisinglink ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to post or transmit any material which is defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene or menacing character, or which may, in our judgment, cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety to any person.
3. Payments, Fees, and Escrow
Clients are required to fund projects through our Escrow service before a project begins. This payment is held by Raisinglink until the project is completed and the client authorizes the release of funds. Raisinglink charges a service fee (commission) on each project payment, which will be deducted from the freelancer's earnings upon payment release.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a Client and a Freelancer, we encourage you to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may open a dispute case with us. Raisinglink will review the dispute and make a final, binding decision on the distribution of the funds held in Escrow.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Raisinglink and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
